為拉進與地方鄉親的距離，公司各廠區持續推動在地環境清潔，仁武廠「環保志工日」由經營主管與員工共同組成環保志工隊，利用上班前一 小時或例(休)假日，進行社區環境維護、廠區周邊道路打掃、淨山/灘活動；麥寮廠結合在地麥寮鄉公所及多間協力廠商共同清潔環境。各廠區用心改善周邊環境清潔，拉近與地方廠商及鄉公所、鄉親距離，同時認養地方閒置空間並植樹美化環境，提供地區居民休閒遊憩地點，大受居民好評。

針對家境清寒無法參加補習之學生，自2012年起由麥寮廠內大學以上學歷之主管自願擔任課輔教師，輔導貧困弱勢學童、外配子弟及隔代教養學童，平均每年輔導18名學童，於課後時間替未能完全理解學校課程內容的學童解惑，讓有志於學的國中小學生多一種選擇、多一個機會。

In order to maintain a good interaction with the local community and create a family tie between the complexes and nearby villages, FPC is willing to assist neighboring groups and organizations around our complexes to organize local events or social welfare activities. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022, the Company is adjusting its activities in line with government policies and continues to fulfill its original mission of giving back to its neighbors under the premise of taking proper epidemic prevention measures and avoiding clusters.

Since 2012, managers with a bachelor's degree and above at the Mailiao Complex have volunteered to serve as tutors for underprivileged school children who cannot afford to enter cram schools, foreign spouses, and children raised by their grandparents. On average, 18 children are given tuition every year, where these tutors help to answer questions from students who do not fully understand the content of the syllabus taught in schools after school hours, so that elementary and secondary school students who are interested in learning have another option and one more opportunity to make progress in life.
