為支持地方教育，仁武高中與仁大工業區各家廠商簽署合作備忘錄，建立產學合作模式，成立「高雄石化產業特色課程仁大專班」。學生除學習一般高中課程，將透過選修課程加強石化產業基礎課程，培養學生具備基層就業職能。提供獎助學金並優先考量錄用優秀學生，以促進地方繁榮、活絡區域經濟，降低人口外移的現象。

To support local education and enhance corporate image, Renwu Senior High School and various manufacturers in Renda Industrial Park signed a memorandum of cooperation to establish an industry-academia collaboration model and set up the Renda Special Course on the Kaohsiung Petrochemical Industry. Not only did students attend general senior high school courses, but they were also nurtured to possess basic employability competencies by taking the elective course to enhance their fundamental understanding of the petrochemical industry. Scholarships were also provided, where priority is given to outstanding students, with the purpose of promoting local prosperity, activating regional economy and reducing the phenomenon of population migration.
