本公司仁武廠自1972 年開工生產，迄今已營運逾45 年，年營業額約243 億元，員工人數將近3,600人。因應全球暖化所帶來的環境保護與氣候變遷等議題日益受到關注，自1999 年起斥資55.6 億元完成震災後校舍改建及修復、鄰里環境維護、風災後協助地方復原等敦親睦鄰措施，並進行地下水整治、推動循環經濟及節水節能等友善環境工作，與地方共創繁榮，已獲致良好成效。

為善盡企業公民的責任，本公司以更具人性化的思維、前瞻永續發展新競爭優勢的眼光，將以產業促進、友善環境、敦親睦鄰及健康照護四大面向，推動仁武廠轉型，希望以仁武廠重新出發，為新世紀深根台灣做好準備。

FPC's Renwu Complex began operations since 1972, and has been in operation for over 45 years. The annual turnover of Renwu Complex is approximately NT$24.3 billion, with nearly 3,600 employees working in this complex. In response to the issues of environmental protection and climate change due to global warning that have, we have gained widespread attention, we have invested NT$5.56 billion in various community measures, such as completing the renovation and restoration of school buildings after earthquake, maintaining neighborhood environment, and assisting in the restoration of local areas after typhoons since 1999. We have also carried out eco-friendly works including groundwater remediation, promoting circular economy, as well as water and energy conservation to create prosperity with local communities, where these initiatives have shown good results.

To fully exercise the responsibility of a corporate citizen, we drive the transformation of Renwu Complex in four major directions - local industry development, eco-friendliness, community relations and health care, with a humanistic mindset and a forward- looking vision of sustainable development as the new competitive advantage, in hopes that Renwu Complex can relaunch itself and prepare to deepen its roots in Taiwan in the new century.
